Closed residential area, consisting of 7 two-floor and 9 three-floor single-family houses and 16 row houses, located in a park environment.
The public area is located in the northern part of the property, it includes a sports rehabilitation center, swimming pool with spa, hotel, conference center, restaurant, specialized medical center.
