- For reservations of up to 3 nights – 10% discount on the accommodation amount
- For reservations of more than 3 nights – 20% discount on the accommodation amount
- Minimum stay – 2 nights

- Culinary workshop
- Visit to the zoo corner and animal care activities
General Terms & Conditions:
- A 50% advance payment of the total reservation amount is required.
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Up to two children aged 0 to 12 years stay free of charge.
- Each additional child aged 6 to 12 years, including breakfast and dinner: 33 EUR / 64.54 BGN per night.
- Additional adult (12+ years) including breakfast and dinner: 61 EUR / 119.31 BGN per night.
- Pet fee (up to 10 kg): 25 EUR / 48.90 BGN per night.
- Bank Card
Each reservation requires a valid credit/debit card to pay 50% of the total reservation amount. The balance is payable upon check-in.
- Bank Transfer
A prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. If payment is not made within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The balance is payable upon check-in.
