- A 50% advance payment of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the booking.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 12:00 PM
Children Policy
- Children 0–5.99 years – free of charge.
- Children 6–11.99 years – EUR 28.05 EUR / 54.86 BGN per night, including breakfast and dinner.
- Supplement for an adult (12+ years) – 51.85 EUR / 101.41 BGN per night, including breakfast and dinner.
Pet Policy
- Pet fee (up to 10 kg): EUR 25 / BGN 48.90 per night.
- Bank Card
Each reservation requires a valid credit/debit card to pay 50% of the total reservation amount. The balance is payable upon check-in.
- Bank Transfer
A prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. If payment is not made within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The balance is payable upon check-in.
