Overview

The area with single-family two-storey residential buildings is located in the middle, quietest part of the village, next to the inner park area. The access to them is from the main alley.

This area includes 7 residential buildings, with the same parameters in terms of functional distribution, facade and number of storeys.

Each residential building has a separate yard with an area of 1.0 - 1.5 decares with southern exposure. The total built-up area is 414 sq. m. The premises in the building are organized on two floors - first ground floor and second floor. The connection between them is made by an internal staircase. The premises are distributed in such a way as to provide comfort, to be functional and practical for living.

Distribution

On the first ground floor the following rooms are located: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, each with a closet and private bathroom, entrance hall with wardrobe, guest toilet, gym with sauna and shower, laundry room, technical room, garage for two cars and a covered terrace.

On the second floor there are: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet and a covered loggia.

There are three parking spaces for cars within the boundaries of the terrain adjacent to the building. Two of them in a garage and one additionally on a hard floor (pavement) in front of the garage door on the north side of the building.
