Key Responsibilities:

• Taking drink orders from guests and preparing cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

• Creating innovative and delicious cocktail recipes that match guests’ tastes and preferences;

• Monitoring stock levels and the assortment of beverages, and preparing supply orders by item;

• Reporting daily turnover and participating in inventory counts;

• Bearing material responsibility for the proper care of glassware and equipment;

• Financial accountability related to entrusted cash and material assets;

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar and designated work areas;

• Complying with standard operating procedures and safety policies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar position in the restaurant or hospitality industry;

• Knowledge and skills in preparing a wide range of cocktails and beverages;

• Creativity and an innovative approach to developing new drinks;

• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high standards of quality and service;

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
