Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages in the restaurants and other public areas of the hotel.
• Providing professional and attentive service to guests in accordance with quality and service standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the public areas where food and beverages are served.
• Cooperating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants and bars.
• Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure coordinated food and beverage services for guests.
• Complying with standard operating procedures and safety policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with guests from different cultures and nationalities.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
