Salt Room

Halotherapy takes place in a specially equipped salt room where a halogenerator disperses fine sodium chloride particles into the air. The treatment creates an environment that supports the prevention and maintenance of normal respiratory function and overall physical well-being.

It is used for preventive and supportive purposes in: a tendency toward frequent respiratory infections, airway sensitivity, certain chronic respiratory conditions during remission, as well as for general relaxation and recovery. Halotherapy can be part of a comprehensive preventive routine aimed at supporting the body’s natural defenses.

Contraindications: acute infectious diseases and elevated body temperature, exacerbation of chronic conditions, active cancer, tuberculosis, severe cardiac or respiratory failure, uncontrolled arterial hypertension, active bleeding, as well as other conditions in which visiting a salt room is not appropriate.
