SamElyon is “Building of the Year” 2025
The SamElyon Complex won the “Building of the Year” 2025 award for “Significant Regional Contribution” in the Hotels and Hotel Infrastructure category.
The award was accepted by the investor, Eng. Petar Georgiev, who thanked the Samel 90 team, the architects, and the builders for their trust and consistent work on the project. He emphasized that SamElyon is not just a hotel, but a multifunctional complex with sports, hotel, and event infrastructure, where vice world champions in volleyball and world champions in aesthetic gymnastics have trained.
During the ceremony, SamElyon was described as a facility with no equivalent in Europe.
